| At present, only professional congress organisation
firms, functioning independently and under an official commercial
status (as a business or as a corporation) are entitled to become
full members. However, in order to respond to the numerous demands of organisers of related companies wishing to become a member of the Association, BAPCO has now installed a second category of members, namely Associate Members. For example, congress organisers working within a business where they are employed or working in the organising department of such entities such as exhibition halls, fair grounds, convention centers, meeting rooms, etc… |

| How to become a BAPCO-member? |
The decision to admit new full or associate
members is made by the administration board. Full members are required
to be consulted in writing. The new admission must be approved by
2/3rd of the board members present at the time, themselves representing
the opinion of at least 8/10th of the full members. There are no possible
appeal of this decision. You will be contacted by us to arrange a first meeting on your candidature. |
